The estate is situated at Seggiano (GR), in the Montecucco DOC zone. Vineyards currently productive: 8   hectares overall (2 planted with Sangiovese, registered as Montecucco Doc and the rest IGT), which will increase to 20 when the estate's planting programme is complete.

The vineyards are planted at a density of 4000 plants per hectare, using the spurred cordon training system and located at an average altitude of 400m a.s.l. on medium-textured, mainly clayey soil rich in stones. White grape varieties tested here include Vermentino, Semillon and Traminer, with a view to creating a late-harvested sweet wine.
